The supporting material system of domestic prefabricated interior decoration has been continuously improved. As a spatial separation decorative component, metal screens have been widely promoted with modular prefabricated production technology. The construction of traditional wooden and masonry partitions has problems such as wet operation, dust pollution and long construction period. All procedures of metal screens can be completed in the production workshop, including laser hollow carving, full welding reinforcement, vacuum plating and modular frame assembly. Only splicing and fixing are required after transportation to the site, which greatly reduces construction waste and noise pollution on site.
Substrates are selected according to usage scenarios. 304 stainless steel sheets are used for conventional indoor scenes, and 316L materials are selected for coastal high-humidity and high-salt fog outdoor spaces to improve long-term weather resistance. The precision of numerical control laser cutting equipment is controlled within ±0.1mm, which can restore diverse shapes such as new Chinese Hui patterns, modern geometric lines and minimalist vertical grids, with uniform hollow gaps without burrs or deformation defects. High-pollution spraying processes are eliminated for surface treatment, and environment-friendly PVD vacuum coating is popularized. The film layer has stable adhesion, is resistant to wiping and fading, and meets the environmental inspection standards for interior decoration.
The modular frame adopts an invisible splicing structure without exposed connecting parts, which has stronger visual integrity, and supports disassembly and reorganization in the later stage to meet flexible needs such as shop renovation and exhibition hall space adjustment. Industry data shows that the purchase orders for metal screens in commercial hotels, office buildings and hardcover real estate projects have maintained steady growth in the past two years, and the prefabricated dry construction model meets the relevant requirements of green building evaluation. Local architectural decoration industry associations have issued processing accuracy specifications for metal partition components, unifying testing standards for sheet thickness, splicing gaps and anti-corrosion performance to standardize market processing quality.
